Here are several lists of food markets in the Saone-et-Loire and Côte-d'Or departments of Bourgogne (Burgundy). Burgundy is huge, so only some of these will be reachable in a quick 30 minute trip and the rest will be longer day trips. That's what google maps is for! Most markets end by 1pm, so plan accordingly.
